Welcome to Clockhub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of clockhub.app and the clocks, timers, calculators, countdowns, and other time-related tools made available through it (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Clockhub ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

The Service is provided free of charge and does not require registration. You may use the Service for personal, educational, and internal business purposes.

You agree not to:

• use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its servers, or any connected systems;

2. No Account, No Stored Data

The Service does not require an account. Settings you change (such as clock themes, time zones, and display preferences) are stored locally in your browser and are not associated with any account on our servers. You are responsible for your own device and browser configuration.

3. Accuracy of Time and Calculations

The Service aims to display accurate time and to perform calculations correctly. Time synchronisation depends on your device clock, your network, and third-party time sources, and may be affected by latency or configuration outside our control.

Calculators and converters on the Service — including the age calculator, sleep calculator, workday calculator, time calculator, timestamp converter, and holiday data — are provided for general informational and convenience purposes only. They are not professional, medical, legal, financial, or scheduling advice. You should independently verify any result before relying on it for a decision that matters.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, interface design, source code, illustrations, logos, and the Clockhub name and logo, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted, whether by implication or otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Service's content without our prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including our Chrome extension listing and external references. Such links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites or services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any) or one US dollar (USD 1.00).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clockhub and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in this section affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
